Elevate97 is seeking to hire a full-time Print Sales Account Executive who will drive the development of new print business from lead generation to contract negotiation. Someone in this role will need to demonstrate strong sales leadership skills, be a multifunctional self-starter who can obtain new clients and network to close new business and has experience with B2B (Business to Business) print sales, a history of stellar customer service, and eagerness to learn in a very fast-paced, competitive environment.
What You Will Do
· Maintain and build sales by developing relationships with new clients, providing print solutions to meet client needs and effectively delivering the solutions to exceed client expectations.
· Grow client base and expand Elevate97 product offerings within assigned territories and categories through networking and prospect development.
· Manage business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
· Develop project proposals, client presentations and brand strategy programs.
· Cultivate quality relationships with clients through appropriate and timely contact, resolving issues and providing a superior client partner experience in every interaction.
· Negotiate sales agreements and work closely with internal team members during the RFP (Request for Proposal) process to define a sales strategy and estimates that meet the needs of the client and Elevate97.
· Serve as an Elevate97 brand ambassador by providing facility tours and attending trade shows, seminars and industry events.

Job Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing and at least 5 years of experience in sales, business or marketing business development.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
· Communicate ideas verbally and in writing to influence decision makers and report findings.
· A strong background and understanding of contract management and negotiation.
· Proven experience in sales/marketing in an agency setting.
· Ability to service and upsell existing partnerships.
· Knowledgeable of current trends in order to identify improvements or recommend new products.
· Uphold a strong commitment to getting things done with a great attention to detail.
· Ability to take initiative and maintain a high level of energy to achieve specified goals.
· Self-starter and goal-driven professional.
· Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work independently.
Schedule:
Full-time salaried exempt.
Monday through Friday from approximately 8 am to 5 pm Central Time.
Occasional travel may be required with overnight travel no more than 2x per month.
