Elevate97 is seeking to hire a full-time Lead Installer who will lead a team of installers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Someone in this role must possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate the installation of a variety of signage (electric and non-electric), such as pylons and monuments, wall signs, channel letters, flex faces, vinyl, etc.  
  • Supervise and mentor a team of installers. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Work as part of a team to load/unload trucks, layout patterns, drilling walls, setting anchors, digging holes, and install electrical conduit and wiring for different types of signs.
  • Work from crane truck, bucket truck or ladders and/or other lift equipment.
  • Transport signage to destination and prepare worksites by removing unwanted signage and clearing old wires and electrical docks.
  • Fabricate metal parts such as steel frames and columns in accordance to provided blueprints and installation instructions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively to address any concerns or questions during the installation process.
  • Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Provide reports on project status, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company safety policies.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an installation role.
  • Class A or B CDL driver’s license and the ability to obtain a DOT Federal Medical Card.
  • Experience operating a crane and/or bucket truck is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work through difficult situations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and skilled with common hand tools and power tools.  
  • Knowledge or ability to read and interpret training and educational materials as they pertain to the position’s responsibilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a safety oriented, organized and methodical approach to job site management.
  • Meets productivity standards, completes work in a timely manner and uses time efficiently.
  • Looks for ways to improve quality and monitors personal work to ensure quality.
  • Ability to work at various heights.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed in addition to regular travel. Travel duration will be dictated by assigned project(s).

 

Schedule:

  • Full-time hourly non-exempt. 
  • Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week.
  • Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts with occasional work on Friday.
  • Frequent travel to job sites within 200 miles of Green Bay.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
  • Occasional overnight travel based on business needs.
